The Eagleview community, which sits on 800 stunning acres in Exton, offers a mix of corporate, residential and retail spaces. Its developer, Hankin Group, created the community specifically this way, wanting residents to have all the conveniences of city living without the hassle of the associated hustle-and-bustle.
There are, in all, about 3,000 people who call Eagleview home. These individuals live in Eagleview’s 1,000 residences, which include myriad styles, from townhomes and single homes to condominiums and apartments. From the elegant Claremont on the Square to the Wellington Condominiums to the villas and single-family homes, Eagleview truly has a home to fit everyone.
One of Eagleview’s most outstanding features is the area known as the Town Center, which Beverly Abbonizio, manager of Eagleview Town Center, describes as “the heart of Eagleview.”
Lee and Sue Jensen, who have owned an Eagleview residence since May 2013, say, “We loved the whole Town Center concept and having shops, dining and Eagleview amenities at our door was a big draw. Once we moved in, we found everyone we met to be so friendly and helpful and just fun to be around. We made friends right away and are still making new friends every day.”

For wellness, residents can utilize the ACAC Fitness Club (arriving in June), Simply Yoga and Passion for Fitness centers and the Town Center Pharmacy, as well as medical-care providers such as Pediatric Care of Chester County, Chester Springs Family Practice or Allegretto Therapy Services LLC. Uniquely, some of these businesses are housed in what are referred to as “live-work” spaces. These one-of-a-kind buildings afford business owners the opportunity to utilize business space on one level while making a home on another. This means that they have easy access to both parts of their lives as well as the easiest commute to work imaginable.
Of course, employees of the nearly 100 corporations with offices in Eagleview—such as Greg Weaver, CFO of Fibrocell Sciences—also have an ideal commute. In fact, Weaver is so close he walks to work most days.

She says, “Being active, access to the great outdoors was essential and Eagleview was the perfect fit—miles and miles of paths for hiking, biking and running, not to mention canoeing and kayaking at nearby Marsh Creek Park. If the weather turns bad, there is a yoga studio and personal training gym right in Town Center to help you stay fit and active.”
In addition to offering all these play places at which to enjoy the outdoors, Eagleview is heralding the arrival of the warmer months with a spring festival supporting Chester County Food Bank, to be held May 17, as well as a slew of weekly festivities.
For example, starting May 1, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Eagleview, with the help of Growing Roots Partners LLC, will hold a farmers market that will take place weekly on Thursdays through the end of November.
Another set of no-cost events is the 14th annual outdoor summer concert series, which begins June 3 and features shows held Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. As another summer treat, beginning June 18, Eagleview will also start holding free “Movie Nights,” featuring family-friendly movies that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
