“We’ve reached a point where we have all the bells and whistles—modern workflows, digital advancements, and the newest technologies,” Dr. Tyurin says. “But people don’t care about the tech itself. They care that it improves their lives.”
The practice leverages tools like computed tomography (CT), facial scanners, intraoral scanners, and digital treatment planning software to increase diagnostic accuracy and predictability.
“We treat the patient, not the mouth,” Dr. Tyurin adds. “We’re not in the business of selling teeth; we’re restoring confidence and humanity, with as little disruption as possible.”
A Family-Led Practice of Excellence
Miracle Dental Center is led by a mother-and-son team. Irina Frolov, D.D.S., the founder, and her son, Dr. Tyurin, both earned their degrees from the New York University College of Dentistry. Since then, both have pursued advanced training to expand their capabilities.

A pioneer in facial aesthetics, Dr. Frolov is certified in treatments including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections. She offers minimally invasive options that complement dental treatments to enhance patients’ appearance and confidence.
As a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Tyurin specializes in advanced dental implant procedures that help even the most challenging cases. Some patients come in after being told by other dentists that nothing could be done, but Miracle Dental Center offers hope.
“Some patients come to us after seeing seven or eight other dentists who told them there’s no hope,” says Dr. Tyurin. “We give them back their sense of self, often in just days or weeks. Nobody should live with a compromised smile, and no one should have to live with their teeth in a cup. These treatments can change lives.”
